Friendly professional (29) seeks ensuite bedroom

I am a social 28 years old (almost 29) lawyer looking for an ensuite bedroom in a 2 bed-2 bath flat.

I am looking for a live within commutable (ideally even walk-able) distance to the City/St Pauls with a budget up to £1,800 (incl bills). I am looking to share with 1 more girl :)

Non negotiables: en-suite bathroom, wooden (i. e non-carpeted) flooring, non-party house, (very) clean, friendly and respectful flatmate.

I am a sociable person and love to spend time in company, yet I value my own space and respect others' space, property and privacy. Not a party person but love a fun day out and exploring new places / activities :)

I am very considerate about not making noise and not disturbing others. I am also extremely clean and tidy, and would appreciate living with someone who is the same.

I also would like to treat my home as a peaceful place to be and unwind after a long day at work. I am very happy to have dinner/watch a movie/explore London in the weekend or after work, but also would like to have my space.

Happy for friends being invited (eg for dinner) but not as frequently as on a weekly basis.

Would love to find someone who can become a friend, but what is most important is cleanliness, respect (and ideally, like me, someone who doesn’t cook a lot 😄).
