Hi there!

My name is Felicia, I moved to Edin from Brazil two years ago to do my PhD. I research Palestinian Hip Hop.

I work most days in George Square - and occasionally from home☀️

I’m mostly vegan but eat the occasional fish and eggs 🌱 but I’ve lived with omnivores my whole life and I don’t mind it at all (:

🫧 I like to keep a tidy and clean home - especially the shared areas, in the vibe of “leaving this room ready for the next person to use it”. But I also understand life sometimes happens and it’s chill. I think it is important that we keep the space tidy but that we also feel at home.

🖤 I’m into sustainability, plants, yoga, and travelling - and quite involved in politics as is part of my work.

💃 🏡 Home means to me a “recharging station”, but also a space to share, and to care for one another. Feeling well (not having to tip toe around the house), respect one another and communicate clearly I think are things that make life easier and more enjoyable when living together. But it will depend on the person, things might be different for us and Im open to try it out (:

🪴 I looove plants, and I’ll hopefully bring some with myself to our new home (:

✈️ I’m away travelling whenever I can so you might have the flat for yourself quite often. I do enjoy a nice chat, but also understand the need for personal space and reclusion
