Seeking Spare Room in Upminster or nearby TFL line

Living in Upminster and just had word from landlord that they're going to sell the house which we'd been living in since 2017 :-) I am hoping to find a temporary living space for around 12 to 18 months so that I can save up and try to find permanent accommodation. The space will be for myself a 48 yr old former corporate professional and now an UCL LLM student, along with my daughter who is 22 yrs old. She starts a bar training course in September. So we are both students, tidy, professional and quiet. We are also good cooks if you'd like to share a meal with us. We also have a bunny who is no trouble at all. They are soundless creatures and he's well potty trained. We also have a cage for him.

Seeking an amicable person(s) to share space with. I am not 100% sure of the move in date, so I'll need to discuss with my current landlord once I find something.

I am only looking for one room for me and my daughter to share. Sorry, I cant seem to set this information on this advert. Not fussy about amenities, just need access to washing/drying facilities.
