Young professional working at school!

I am looking for a room that allows me to commute to 【17 Old Ct Pl, London W8 4PL】on public transport within 45-60 minutes. (The closer the merrier, ofc ahhaha) I would like to move in on 1st July, but we could negotiate that if I must move in slightly earlier.

I would like to have:

- *essential* the bills included
- *essential* wifi
- *essential* washing machine

- *preferably* tumble dryer
- *preferably* quite some shelves because I have many books and board games - but don't worry if not, I could always get myself boxes (and I will make sure not to hoard my stuff in any public area)

About myself: I graduated from UCL with my BA in Linguistics and am about to graduate from Cambridge from my MPhil in Children's Literature. I am about to work in education administration. Most of my hobbies orientate around WW2 fiction and creative writing (poetry/novel/game script). Most people find me a very energetic person during the conversations we share, but I do not tend to involve myself in a lot of socialising. It is very likely that I would not be making noises in your property, but I'm always happy to have a good chat! P. s. I will respect your guest policy, whatever that is.
