Doctor needing quiet place to live with parking

I'm a specialty doctor starting work in Addenbrooke's Hospital in September 2026 and will be based there for at least 2 years. I have no pets and don't intend on getting any, non smoker, and keep to myself usually. I have a quiet lifestyle and do not do parties. No past convictions. Currently a lodger in the same property in Eastbourne for 3 years, pay my rent on time, can provide a reference if required. My requirements for a place are:

1) Guaranteed OFF street parking/ideally a garage, with 24/7 access in case of emergencies and on-calls.
2) Ideally, I'm after a place where I live by myself and left to my own devices, without having to share facilities with others
3) Quiet, safe and respectful neighborhood
4) NO smokers
