Looking for a double room for March

Hi there, I’m having to find alternative accom asap due to our landlord’s refusal to change the tenancy and our housemate having bought a house; looking to move on the weekend of 14/15th March if possible!

I’m 27, work part-time as an Administrator for a charity and am studying for an MSc in Psychotherapy (soon to start counselling folks at a queer charity in town). Have a guarantor/good credit history etc. Hobbies are always evolving but things like: salsa classes, performing at spoken word nights, going to gigs, pub quizzes, travel and karaoke (I’m calling it a hobby, haha).

I’ve lived in houseshares for about 8 years and in Manchester for 4: am tidy, clean, considerate and generally value my downtime around the intensity of therapy training but am always happy to dip in/out of social plans and chill as a house (I also make excellent brownies, if that sways things).

Budget is max £750 incl. bills and am currently based in Withington but don’t mind relocating as long as it’s not too far out. Thanks in advance ✨
