1 bed / large double for sociable, tidy tenant

Hello,

I am searching for a 1 bedroom flat/studio or a room in a house share.

Looking either in Teddington/Twickenham or in places accessible to this area via public transport.

I have a new job starting soon in this location where I will be working full-time for the NHS.

House share preferences:

- Furnished, large double bedroom which receives plenty of natural light.

- En suite bathroom, or to share a bathroom with one other. house mate.

- Access to a garden and/or outdoor space such as a park/common.

- To live with a maximum of 3 other house mates.

- I may require working from home the odd day or two a week.

- Open to a short-term let as a trial to see if it works for me and the other house mates.

About me:
I have lived in house shares over the years and am friendly, tidy and sociable.

My interests are creative: I sing and play guitar (I am considerate and not too loud). I also write and like exploring the outdoors.
