Room Wanted (With Bills Included)

Hi, Im Shaun and im currently looking for a room or preferably a studio apartment etc. Im honest, reliable and most importantly...trustworthy. Im a quiet bloke, keep myself to myself, and im a full time gamer (xbox), and content creator which takes up majority of my time. Rent will always be paid on time (as its paid by U/C), and aslong as all parties are happy it would be a long term rental. Any questions, please feel free to ask... Thanks.
