Friendly + sociable professional seeking zone 1-2

Hey, I’m Jack (24), recently moved to London for my new role in the civil service.

Reaaalllly not too fussy about where I live as long as I can commute to work (near Pimlico/Westminster stations) in under 40mins + under 2 transfers. (But if the option’s there then I’d prefer to live zone 1-2 northeast, east, southwest.)

About me:

I’m friendly, chill and tidy (and ofc don’t mind helping flatmates out with housework if they’re a little busy.)

I’m from the north of Scotland but have lived in Edinburgh for the past 6 years. Some things I like: learning languages, cooking, trains.

I’m a sociable person and I’d like to get to know the people I’ll be living with but of course like to have my own thing going on too.

I’m in the office Mon-Fri 9-5 so don’t need much workspace and can be flexible with move-in dates - although ideally July-end of August.

Max budget £700ish/month.
