Looking for clean flat

I am currently looking for a **decent-sized room, ideally with an ensuite**, in West Hampstead or the surrounding areas. I am a British passport holder and, for added security and to keep the process simple, I am more than happy to pay **3 months' rent upfront**.
**About the search:**
* **Budget:** £1,300 per month (inclusive of all bills).
* **Length of Stay:** I am looking for 6 months initially to ensure a good fit, but I am very much open to a longer-term arrangement of 1–2 years for the right home.
* **Location:** Primarily West Hampstead, but I’m open to nearby neighborhoods with good transport links.
**About me:**
I am a very tidy, quiet, and reliable individual. I value a peaceful home environment and take pride in keeping my living space clean. While I am looking for a standard rental, I am also happy to be a helpful housemate—I have experience with childcare, cleaning, and cooking, and I’m happy to help out around the house if that’s something that would benefit the household.
