Hi! I’m Maria, currently living in West Hampstead. I’m starting to look ahead for a new home around September 2026 and ideally would love to team up with one like-minded person to find a really nice flat together rather than joining a large flatshare.
I’m looking for a 2 bed / 2 bath or potentially a 3 bedroom flat in Zones 1–2, somewhere well connected and comfortable to actually enjoy living in. Areas like West Hampstead, Islington, Highbury, Angel, maida Vale or similar could work, but I’m fairly open depending on the place and commute.
A bit about me: I work in construction/project management for high-end hospitality and residential projects. My work sometimes involves international travel, although London is my base. Depending on the role/project, I may also work from home part-time occasionally.
Outside work I’m very active... I train for Ironman/triathlon, cycle a lot, gym, outdoors, etc. I have two bikes, so some storage space is important. I’m clean, respectful, independent and easy to live with. During the week I’m usually up early and fairly calm, but I also enjoy being social, going for coffee, dinners, drinks, or just having a good chat.
I’d ideally like to share with just one other person who also values having a peaceful, clean and comfortable home rather than a chaotic party flat. Bonus points if you’re also active, professional, studying, or generally have your life together :)
