Friendly girl with dog looking for room or buddy

Looking for a dog-friendly room for rent in a flat/house with or someone to buddy up with to rent a property. I have a medium sized rescue dog from Thailand that’s really sweet and house trained, so am looking for a place with a garden. I currently live in the North Laine area but have to leave suddenly as my landlord is selling the house. Available from October ideally but can move sooner if needed.

I’m from California and lived in Thailand (where my lovely dog is from) for 6 years before moving to Brighton to do a graduate degree. I’ve been here for 3 years and now work from home for an international charity. Am out once or twice a month for work in London, and am often gone in the evenings and weekends to see friends or my partner.

I’m respectful, clean, and like quiet time but am also can be pretty social and don’t mind a cup in the sink. I’m quite laid back and flexible, and would love to get to know my housemates, but am also happy to do my own thing. I’m into creating art, thrifting, embroidering, cooking, going to gigs and festivals, hiking, reading, designing clothes, and playing with/walking my dog. I’m open minded and happy to live in a diverse house! x
