Room wanted in Exeter

Hi!

I will be moving to Exeter to start a PhD in September and I wan to arrange accommodation with as much advance as possible since I’m moving from Glasgow.

I have lots of hobbies and will find something in common with you for sure. I used to work in hospitality and am a very sociable person. I’m rather chatty, full of fun facts, not great with huge parties but would love to watch a movie together or play some games!

I’m a very responsible person and I have been renting in house shares for the past 5 years. I'd love to hang out with others in the household, watching movies together, having a drink or playing board or video games, but I also don't mind spending time on my own.

I'm flexible regarding the tenancy end and open to negotiating the additional conditions or the price. I would like to live with professionals/senior students (NOT freshers). I’m moving to Exeter for 4 years and would happily consider a long tenancy. I will have stable income from my scholarship and can provide a guarantor. I’m planning to get a dog with low activity level and pleasant nature (chihuahua or a greyhound), so the house and tenants must accept pets.

Quite chill on the housing conditions. Good heating system, no mould, a desk or a space for one.
