Mature student looking for room

Quick Note: I am looking for a home rather than just a room.

I am a London-based female in my early thirties who was recently accepted onto a masters program at Arts University Bournemouth. As such I need to find accommodation close to campus before the start of term in January.

I'm specifically looking for a place where it will be OK for me to work and study from home. At the moment I rent a room in a warehouse in North London and prior to that I lived in a school flat so I'm interested in quirky properties. I'm introverted but polite, I keep mostly to myself but am happy to chat or hang out occasionally. I like to cook and so enjoy cooking for others so a usable kitchen is a must for me. I also have a few pieces of my own furniture as well as a lot of books and art supplies so I need a space big enough for all my possessions.

I am also neurodivergent and quite sensitive to noise. I have a pair of ear plugs but I'd like to find a place that is reasonably quiet in the evening.

Shared accommodation probably best fits my budget but I may also be interested in a studio or buddy up opportunities.
