Room/Buddy up wanted!

Hi!

I'm Oli, a 23 year old sports journalist.
I am ideally looking for a room within zones 1-2, or a similar buddy-up. My budget is £1000pcm, with bills included, but it can be flexible should there be a near-perfect option.

My preferred area is in the Hackney vicinity, but I am flexible.

I work from home about three/four days a week, so I am after a room with good desk space. I also work in the offices the other days.

I am a big football fan, supporting AFC Wimbledon, and I play every now and again when I have the time away from work. I also enjoy running, playing tennis, swimming, and going to the gym.

Away from sports, I am sociable, enjoying the odd night out/in. I am also a musician, playing grade 8 cello, and I have my grade 8 singing. I really enjoy my cooking as well, and I am more than happy to cook communally/for others where required.

I'd like to think of myself as respectful of other people's space, clean and tidy, and more than willing to make new friends.
