Studio or double room with en-suite

Hi I'm Becky, 37 I'll be relocating

Non smoker, clean ( a bit ocd clean haha)

Looking for a studio or 1 bed would be even better
Please read that I need unfurnished and my child needs to stay sometimes this is being ignored.

I'm respectful, sociable if that's the kind of house. Don't mind a drink but not a party animal.

I'll be at work mon-fri and away most weekends.

I do have a 7 year old that will need to stay on occasion. (1 weekend a month / the odd holiday day.) We will be mostly out in the day and she's a great kid.

Needs to be completely unfurnished as I've not been in my current place a year and they are looking to sell. So I've all brand new furniture.
