I've had a look at your room ad and I think I could be a good fit for you guys, although I am 24 (25 in november) and I understand you are searching for people over 30. I am not a party-er or messy, I am currently looking to leave a flat that is full of people my age but I just am not suited to it! I am searching for somewhere that is a calm and respectful environment, and the location and price of this place are perfect for me.
I am an actress and singer, but working as a receptionist currently, so it would be interesting to meet you both and be in a creative home. While I may be just a little younger I would be more than comfortable living amongst the two of you. I am a very calm person, I love to do yoga and I love cooking healthy food and riding my bike. I would be free in the evening 19th and 22nd for a viewing.
