Student (28) Piano Tech at Newark

I’m studying Piano Tuning & Repair at Newark College starting September.

Class runs Monday-Wednesday so I’ll likely only stay Sunday-Tuesday nights, but I’m happy to pay full monthly rent. I’ll need to be in London Thursday-Sunday during term time to teach piano lessons, go to band commitments, spend time with my girlfriend and tune some pianos.

I’m looking for a room in a friendly house or flat share. I’m a very tidy person, especially with kitchens, so I’d like to ideally live with one to three others who can maintain a clean kitchen. I love cooking shared meals and would love to cook some Thai & Malaysian meals - spice tolerance preferred!

If it’s a 2-bed flat, I’d need someone who is comfortable (and excited by the prospect of) living alone for half the week and keeping the place from falling apart. I might ask you to water some plants when it’s hot and dry weather!

My girlfriend (23) may visit from time to time: she’s a plant girlie doing an apprenticeship at Kew Gardens, and also a musician.

I smoke legal, medical bud (never indoors) and I’m not much of a drinker. If you’re averse to the smell of bud, here’s your heads up!
