Hey all , So I am looking for a room to rent

Hi! I’m Tom, 23 years old and I’ve been living in Manchester for around 3 years now. I work full-time in the property industry and I’m in the office 5 days a week.

I’m an easy-going, tidy and respectful housemate who’s always up for a chat but also values a relaxed, comfortable home environment. I keep things clean tidy.

I’m looking for a new place as my current landlord needs his apartment back, so I’ll need to move fairly soon, ideally in December (I can be flexible with exact dates).

I’m open to flat shares or renting a room in a friendly household, ideally somewhere within easy reach of the city centre.
