French professional looking for a room

Hi there,

I’m a French professional working in accounting and have been living in London for the past six years, currently based in Bermondsey (SE1). I’m now looking for a room in Central London (ideally N1, SE1, or nearby) with a budget of around £1,200 per month, with or without bills.

I can move anytime ideally between 1 December 2025 and the end of February, depending on the right place and timing. My landlord is selling the house I’ve been living for the past three years, but she’ll be happy to provide a reference. I can also provide references from all the places I’ve lived in during my time in London.

I work as an accountant and usually work from home two days a week. I cycle to the office, and outside of work I enjoy spending time with friends. I usually spend my evenings studying for exams, reading, or taking part in different activities.

I’m calm, tidy, and considerate, and I value a relaxed, friendly home where everyone respects each other’s space but also enjoys a chat or a shared meal now and then.
