Mature Professional & Child Seeking Share

My 6 year old daughter and I are moving to the UK end of this year for me to take up a new post with a healthcare firm in Cambridge. We are looking for a kind, friendly female to house share with.

My kiddo and I are both mellow, kind, nurturing people. She's a deeply empathetic child and generally enjoys engaging with adults and other kids in games, art, craft projects but not so much in roughhousing or loud noises. I too am very nurturing and sensitive to other people's needs. We are both very neat, responsible, like to cook at home, and generally like to make our home a cozy, comforting environment.

Here in the USA, we currently have my grandparents living in our home and my parents live a few streets over, so my kiddo is very used to being around other adults and helping with house stuff (i. e. gardening, age appropriate cooking, taking care of pets). She loves being involved and learning hands on and thrives despite being the only kiddo amongst all of us grown ups. 🙂

Seeking a professional or older female flat mate who may be looking for a house share. My daughter and I can easily share a double bedroom but would obviously need use of shared kitchen, bathroom, and living space. Ideally, we would love to find a place with a garden as she loves to spend time outdoors. Can pay several months ahead for rent.
