Clean, Friendly plant-based Aussie

Looking for a new place to call home as my current flatmate is moving in with her boyfriend by July 31.

Ideally I'd prefer to share with one other female, or ensuite room I need a big enough room to fit desk and maybe piano keyboard 🤞.

AREAS
Within zone 1-2 (<10 mins walk to a tube station and have some shops in walking distance). Ideally 30 mins commute to Chancery Lane.

ABOUT ME
32 year-old Australian, have been in London almost 6 years. I'm very clean, and like to keep organised. I'm considerate of others and try to balance busy work life with dancing and social bits (going out salsa or swing dancing for example).

I work full-time in digital marketing (at an organic candle/home scenting company) and freelance photography on the side. I love yoga, dancing, reading, podcasts, film, live music, cocktails, jazz & swing dancing. I'm plant-based (don't eat meat/fish/dairy). I speak fluent French and a intermediate Spanish.

I love to connect with people and socialise, but like anyone, sometimes need my alone time to recharge and rest.

I value hygiene/cleanliness, respect, communicating with ease, and each contributing our fair share. When these basics are covered, then things can flow nicely, co-living is stress-free and we can be chill and social.

I prefer a homey place, good quality, nice looking etc. that's well-located for a good lifestyle and making the most of London life.

I have a bunch of furniture if any could be used in common areas, great! Otherwise I can sell things or keep it in storage.
