Looking for a room, flat share/flat or studio

I’m looking to move into a new property ASAP. I have recently been accepted to do my Masters which I start in January so either looking to move before Christmas or just after.

I don’t really drink alcohol or party, I’m more of a food, music, gaming and sleep person, so others similar would be ideal but again, I’m not fussed if there’s understanding and mutual respect I’m sure we’ll get along.

I’m 31 years old from Down south and I lived, studied and worked in Leeds for the last 4 and half years (currently lived back between London and Swindon for 7months)

I love my space to be clean, tidy and neat, I always clear things up after myself and don’t really like clutter/mess - Very OCD.

I will most likely be at the gym or asleep/studying 😂 - so I’m pretty easy to get along with and very quiet! But wouldn't mind doing activities/trying new things with people.

I have an excellent credit score and have always paid rent on time and am going to be receiving student finance and possibly a bursary as well.
