I am a student who just finished my studies and currently looking for a room to rent for about 3 months as I look for a more permanent job within my area of studies. I may need to relocate depending on the job I get, ideally I would like it to have a short minimum term as I may end up moving out sooner than expected. Prefer SR4 or NE6 area, but others may be considered depending on the location.
I do not smoke and I am usually chill with anyone. I do not make any noises while on my own, and I like to keep things tidy and clean. I would also prefer if the house is as quiet as possible too.
