Looking for Accommodation

Hi,
I'm looking for a room or to start a flatshare.

I work as an online German teacher so it would be great if my room was either big enough to include space for an office set up or if I could use another space in the house for teaching. My budget is around £450-650 pcm.

I play volleyball and attend a church group meeting as well as the service on a weekly basis. I also enjoy meeting with friends, going for walks and writing in my spare time. So I am a fairly active person but I also enjoy spending time by myself. Realistically, this means that my time to participate in activities with fellow house mates is limited, however, I would enjoy doing something together every now and then (such as cooking/sharing a meal, playing a board game, going for a walk/to the cinema etc) if you are interested. I have lived in shared accommodation for more than 2 years so am not new to living with others.

I am quite flexible with regard to who to share with, such as students or professionals and I can also imagine living with someone who would like some support with house chores, shopping or occasional help with their children (for example school pick ups, evening / overnight babysitting). Growing up, my family cared for short-term foster children so I have lots of experience in looking after kids.

I have a car so require parking and I would prefer a furnished room.
