Hello there, thanks for taking the time to read this ad. I'm searching for an ensuite room or studio for a long-term let with availability from the start of the new year, preferably within a 15-mile trip of Gatwick.

I am a very honest, clean and tidy, quiet and respectful tenant, who is extremely considerate of shared spaces and maintain a quiet, unobtrusive presence at home. I have a good level of monthly income from both salary (I am in full-time employment locally) and military pension. Excellent references can be provided.
