4th Year RGU Student Looking for a Room

Hello, I'm Klaudia and I will be graduating university this academic year (starting September 2022). I am a quiet and tidy person. I would love to rent a room in a flat where I could have a study space (ideally a desk in my bedroom) and that is in a walking distance to the city center and RGU (preferably near the Duthie Park/Ruthrieston/Mannofield).

I need the flat for the duration of the academic year (I would love a month to month payment scheme, no exact time frames of the duration of the lease, as I am unsure if I will be staying till June 2023 or a month or two shorter.

We can negotiate the budget to some extent depending on the offer.

It is important for me that ALL bills are included in the price of the room.
