Billy Hamilton, am looking for a room to rent.

I have recently graduated from the University of Brighton and am working as a Building Surveyor in London.

I love Brighton and London, and am looking to rent a small affordable room to allow me to save some finances and focus on my job for a year.

I can supply references from my last two long term landlords if you would like!

I love love history and historic buildings, reading, travel (although that's slowed down), the theatre, comedy and eating! Sports wise I enjoy running, cycling and boxing.

I do not smoke, and am looking for somewhere nice and chill I can settle down for a year or so.
