Single professional seeking studio / flat or share

Hello.

My name is Kiera, I’m 31 and I work full time. I have been privately renting for over 7 years. My current housemate and landlord is selling the property at some point this year.

I do have a little Tabby called Jasper who is 10 years old. He is a fully trained house cat (no litter trays) and does not claw furniture or sit anywhere he is not supposed to. He is very well trained and spends most of his day sleeping in the sun.

I am a non smoker/vaper and am very clean and tidy. I do drive so not really fussed on location.

I’m looking for a double room, ideally with an En suite or a studio apartment or flat. Happy to budget more for the right property.

I am also open to a buddy up, I have a deposit available providing it’s the right location/situation.

Not fussed on potential housemates at all as long as they are okay with Jasper.
