Looking for a room near Edinburgh

I am a 24 year old young professional hoping to start a PhD at the University of Edinbut¡rgh in early 2025. I am originally from Spain but moved to Scotland for my undergrad and have been here for 6 years now. I've shared flats before and we've created a great living space where we loved hanging out together, watching films, cooking, etc. but also respecting each other's time and space. In my free time, I like reading and going for coffee and brunch. As a flatmate, I am clean, organised and easy-going. I am not into partying and like nights in, so I'm also quiet, but I’m down to going out from time to time if I have the time!

I am looking for a room preferably with wooden floors.
