Female professional looking for room

Does anyone have a room or property they would like to let to a Female professional and one dog and 2 cats on a maximum term of 6 months please? The sale of my house is due to complete around middle to end of Feb and I am actively looking to purchase another but need to find somewhere to live in the meantime. It will need to be within commutable distance to The NEC Birmingham for work as I go into the office 3 days a week and I plan to use a dog walker on these days as I am not home all day.
My pets are all fully house trained and very well behaved and my rescue dog Lady is adorable, not sure of her exact breed but I think she is a corgi mix so only a small dog. I am clean, tidy and friendly person. Anything else you need to know please feel free to message me.
