Professional (25) looking for room

I am a 25 year old professional teacher. My budget is £900-£1,200 (including bills) and I am happy to live anywhere that connects well to the A3.

I do have a car so I would need somewhere to park it (either permit or driveway).

Looking for a room in a female professionals flat. Would love to make friends as well as flatmates! I am super tidy and clean, I am looking to live with girls who also enjoy looking after their space and want to make it a home!!

I’ve lived in Wimbledon for 3 years now but I am originally from Scotland. I have a very busy job so I would not be around much during the week. I love the gym and spend a lot of time outside with friends!
