Looking for a relaxed, spacious flatshare from Sep

I’m a professional working in consulting, looking to move around late September 2026.

I work from home fairly regularly, so I’m looking for somewhere that feels like an actual home rather than just a bedroom in a house, ideally a 2–3 person flat/house with a proper living room and enough communal space that everyone has somewhere to relax outside their bedroom.

I’m rather independent and really enjoy having my own space, but equally i'd be very happy having a drink, watching something together or chatting when we’re both around. Some of my passions include history, current events & animals - which I will always be happy to talk about! I’m not looking for an intensely social house, but I think respect is a must - both between everyone in the house and for the house itself.

What I’m looking for:
- Ideally 1–2 other housemates
- Proper living/lounge space
- Good-sized (the bigger the better) double bedroom, with room for a desk. Any additional private features will also be greatly appreciated.
- Decent enough kitchen / dining space
- Clean, calm and reasonably well looked-after home
- En-suite / own bathroom, garden, balcony or unusually large room would all be big bonuses
- Good connections into central London
