Queer creative professional seeking new home

I am Kim, 34, a queer female photographer, and culture journalist.

I am generally busy working on my creative practice and freelance business, attending culture events, fitness classes
and I also regularly travel. When I do have time, its important to me to have a warm connection with others in the home. I definitely can retreat for period of time to recharge or be in head down mode for deadlines, but also love a meal, chats and a drink in the flat or out somewhere nice if there's a connection with flat mates.

I am very clean, tidy and considerate of other's personal space.
Ideally, I am seeking a queer household with flat mates over 30 who share some similar interests, or preferences in the home as me.
