Professional male (young) 60 seeking room in a house on a medium term basis. Sociable but discrete, I work from home so a bedroom (and broadband!) with a bit of space would be advantageous.
Also I'm used to doing most of the household duties so I wouldn't be a burden and would keep things good and tidy.
I have a very placid and well behaved Golden Retriever.
Parking required but doesn't have to be off road despite what the advert says,
My daughter is at school in Winchester so looking for Winchester or surrounding areas such as Bishops Waltham, Swanmore , Eastleigh, Hampshire
