Room wanted for placement

22-year-old male student, moving to Whitehaven for a summer industrial placement for 3 months. Bills included would be highly preferred (as I'm still a student I can provide a discount on council tax). Would like a clean and tidy flatmate(s), and ideally close to amenities such as a supermarket or swimming pool/gym, along with storage for my bike
