Hello! I'm Lily and I am currently studying my Masters at RCS. My current landlord is moving in with her boyfriend, so I am looking for a new place!
I have rented several times before and can provide references.
For council tax reasons I would prefer to share with other students (preferably postgraduate), but I am open to contributing to council tax if need be.
I am looking for a flat who wish to socialise together, but are also happy to have their own space. I am clean and tidy, and enjoy music, art, yoga, going out for food.
I will have my car up with me so will need parking - on-street is fine.
