Professional looking for Ensuite room / Buddy up.

Hi everyone! 👋
I’m Jay, 31, and I work in central London for a lighting and design firm. Originally from Mumbai, India. I’ve been living in the UK for the past five years—four of those in London—so I know the city pretty well by now.

Outside of work, I like to keep active with fitness, unwind with a good book, and spend time cooking (I promise the kitchen will be left spotless afterwards!). I’m clean, respectful, and mindful of other people’s space, but also enjoy a friendly chat or sharing the occasional meal/glass of wine.

I’m looking for either an ensuite room or to buddy up with like-minded people to find a great flat. My budget is £1200 and I’m aiming to move in around 1st October 2025, though I can be flexible and move in earlier if needed.

I’d love to find a home that’s comfortable, clean, and relaxed, with housemates who are sociable but also value downtime.
