Professional + cat looking for a new home

Hiya, my name is Julia and my sweet cat Stuart and I are looking for a new place to call home.

I work for Barnet Council on a hybrid work pattern. My preferred areas are Crouch End, Highbury/Islington, Highgate, or East Finchley but open to other locations so long as the commute is reasonable.

Looking to find somewhere on a quiet street with a garden, but cute cafes and shops not too far! £1100 is my budget including bills but if lower then great.

I’d like to live with 1-3 others, and am very happy to buddy up to find our ideal flat. I appreciate a calm, friendly home where we can chat over a shared dinner or watch tv in the evenings sometimes, while also respecting each other’s space. I’ve lived in several house shares before so am used to looking after shared spaces.

Ideally I’d love to find a queer household, but queer friendly allies are great too.

I enjoy art workshops, gigs, brunches, board games, and days at the park in summer, and traveling. Also love to bake from time to time and am happy to share 😋
