Description
Hi there!
My name’s Adam. I’m an architecture student from Toronto Canada, and I’ve recently arrived in London. I’ll be here until the end of December this year for an internship at a well-known studio.
My ideal move-in date would be as soon as possible since I’m currently at a hotel.
I thought your listing looked amazing! If there’s still space available, I’m very interested.
I’ll tell you a bit more about myself.
I’ll be 21 in October.
I’m super tidy, friendly, generally pretty quiet, and I treat every rental space with care — as if it were my own.
I’m also a solid cook (mostly vegetarian), and I don’t smoke.
Since I’ll be working a 9-6 job, I should be on a pretty standard schedule. I’m a big believer in the importance of a good night's sleep, so I’ll be extremely careful not to wake anyone up if I ever come home late or get up unusually early.
Oh, and I’m gay, (if that’s a problem for you, I probably wouldn’t be a good fit).
Outside of work and school, I really enjoy canoe tripping, scuba diving, biking, and I read a lot… Mostly non-fiction. I’m insatiably curious about the world.
Prior to starting my life as an architecture student, I worked as a sleep-away summer camp counsellor in Canada where I learned a lot about things like conflict mediation, and sharing tight spaces with other people.
If you think I might be a match, you can contact me.
I’m available to tour flats essentially any time this weekend or on weekdays after 6:30 pm.
Hoping to hear from you soon!
Kind regards,

Adam
