Looking for a room in East Belfast

Hello, I'm looking for an en-suite/single or double room in a shared house/flat within Belfast city to occupy from late january 2026, preferably within BT5 or BT6

Looking specifically in East Belfast or Castlereagh areas, but happy to consider slightly further out as long as there is somewhere to park a car. I am already in belfast working as an engineer permanently, and currently looking for a 6-month contract and rolling after to allow for flexibility. Potentially a long term Tennant if I end up liking the place. I have rented in the past with both males and females so have references if you require them. I am not one to get in the way of flat mates and can respect their space, but also, I'm very happy being social if that's the vibe of the house share - happy to adapt to whatever suits. I personally don't have any, but I'm very cool around pets so have no issues with one in the house.

My interests include hiking and walking which I’m quite looking forward to; playing the guitar; going out on the weekends to socialise and learn about local culture and sometimes just relaxing and watching movies/tv shows on Netflix!

I’m likely not the best person for a buddy up as empty flats/houses usually require a 1 year + contract, which is not what i’m currently after, so apologies on that front. Please feel free to reach out if you have a suitable room available 😊
