Caring, healthy and hard-working guy looking to move away from a smaller town and make a fresh start in life elsewhere. Enjoy reading autobiographies and crime novels; playing retro video games; walking; and going to the gym. Very tidy person who keep his possessions and rooms organised and highly presentable. Work history predominantly admin and sales based, and currently working towards a Gym Instructor qualification. Hopeful of securring employment within 3 months of moving to new area.

Ideally looking to move to either Barnstaple, Exeter or Crediton. Looking to move, preferably, into or near a town centre with easy access to shops, hospital and/or medical centres, and various potential places of employment. Looking to move in with someone with similar interests, as well as being friendly, approachable, and enthusiastic. 😁 Looking for a 6-month stay at least, but can be longer term depending on progress finding work, as well as relationship with home owner.

Happy to help out with weekly food shopping and house chores when required. 🙂👍 Preferably, all bills to be included in the stated rent prices; 2-weeks notice minimum on move-in confirmed date to wrap up any loose ends related to my current residence (e. g: outstanding Dr.'s appointments); and absolutely need readily available Wi-Fi for employment and travel-related matters. Can travel to property to view room if necessary.
