Young Portuguese Scientist in London! :)

I am a professional female aged 24. I am a Portuguese biomedical scientist working at St George's in Tooting.
I am looking for a clean and modern flat (ideally recently renovated) to call home.
Looking for a single or double room in a flatshare near Tooting Brodway or close proximity, open to other areas with easy accessibility to Tooting Brodway station. My move-in date can be a little flexible from beginning to mid-August, and I have a budget of £900pcm. I have been flatsharing since 18 so I understand how flatmate relationships work and I can easily adapt. I am bubbly and love to chat but can also respect other people's boundaries.
I will be working 9-5 so I will only be home in the evening and on the weekends I love exploring London or when I get the opportunity, travel!
