Hi there…
I’m Brooke, a 35-year-old woman looking for a room in a friendly and clean flat share.
I’m looking for a place in Eastbourne, as central as possible with easy access to public transport and local amenities.

About Me: I work mostly from home, as a virtual PA. I’m a non-smoker, clean, considerate, and respectful of others’ space and privacy. I love cooking, baking, reading, yoga and movies. I'm also taking a couple of online courses which take up a lot of my evenings.
I'm friendly, tidy, and reliable. I love catching up over a cuppa but also value quiet time.

What I’m Looking For:
A furnished room with desk and a double bed, in a home with broadband and a washing machine. I’m partially disabled so property needs to be on the ground or first floor, or with a lift if higher.
Outside space a massive bonus.
Looking for flatmates who are mature, kind people with leftist values, people who are respectful, friendly and clean up after themselves.
I am happy to live with pets, and very much a dog person so would love to live with one again.
