Looking for a room or flatmate!

The personality and ~interests~ stuff:
I'm really big into music, was working previously full time in the music industry (currently in between jobs), but am also a producer and DJ ✨ super ultra bonus if you collect vinyls too. Also into art, books and good films that make you think way too much;; I write a lil bit too (just poems for myself!) but I think that's the general snapshot of me as a person condensed into a tiny bit of text

The *what is she looking for in a house* stuff:
Looking for a place either East or South(east) London

Creative houseshares preferred!!

Ideally sharing with people in mid-20s to early 30s as most of my friends are in that age group + would really prefer a more stable, mature and calm living situation :”)

Would really like to live in a home rather than a house, so creating a space I can feel safe in + finding kindred souls is important to me! I am also an introvert, and understand the need for everyone's own private space, so ideally we'd be able to strike a comfortable balance between house and alone time/space :>

I like the idea of communal spaces that are homely (and clean!), so living rooms would be ideal. I also cook quite a fair bit (no dietary restrictions, but happy to respect any special diets), so keeping kitchens clean and tidy are important.

The boring stuff:
I've had experience with sharing in London, and consider myself clean and tidy (which I hope you'll be as well, at least in the common areas). As mentioned I also make music - although I will, of course, keep it to a respectable volume.

Smaller flatshare arrangments preferred, with max 2-3 other housemates and at least 2 toilets if there's more than 2 of us. Shoes off in the house are an absolute HARD must! I have a piano keyboard which would hopefully fit in my room, but am happy to leave it in common spaces for everyone to enjoy if that's your thing 🫧
