Looking for a buddy to rent a 2 bed house with

Hi there,

I would like to find someone to share a two bedroom house with. With a rent value of £550 to £700 each, so total of £1100 - £1400 seems about right for me, could be persuaded above this if the place is particularly nice.

I am currently lodging in Newhaven but would like a quieter house/housemate and not live with the landlord so we are on an even footing. I am easy going, fairly sociable and cheerful, tidy and fairly quiet. I do appreciate peace and quiet on the whole. It would be nice to have a similarly minded housemate. I enjoy cooking fairly healthy good food. It would be nice to share cooking sometimes and have a bit of a chat at the end of the day and sometimes hang out. Ideally not someone who keeps themselves to themselves entirely nor someone who expects to hang out all the time.

Happy to share with a male or a female. If you think you might be on the same sort of page let me know. I would like to move by start of March or April ideally.
