Prof postgrad exploring Cardiff options 4 health

Hiya - I’m a 48yo charity sector professional, currently going through weekly cancer treatment at Heath Hospital alongside part-time work in Cardiff, and completing a Research Masters in International Politics. I live in Herefordshire with my husband and 2 dogs / cat / wider family, but with both work and regular chemotherapy being in Cardiff, am exploring possibility of getting a room as a base for regular stays on weekday eves..

I’m quite relaxed, a lot of interests, and enjoy being around people - tho I’m usually pretty fully occupied most of time I’m in cardiff, so probably more of an ‘extra income’ rather than ‘social animal’ to any houseshare group (and I’m with going through chemo treatment, I tend to have to rest quite a bit). I’m clean and tidy, easygoing, usually pretty quiet (though my laugh does carry 😳), and (on the occasions when I am there) hopefully quite an easy person to live with.

Ideally looking to take on a room within public transport / walking distance of Cathays & city centre, with other professionals / postgrads / LGBT / internationalists / generally decent folk, £300-£500/m incl bills.

I’d be particularly interested in part-time / rent sharing arrangements (eg occupying a room for weekdays only, other users / uses over weekends) which might suit some families / groups / people who work away in the week.
