*Went to a viewing and chatted to the landlord for over an hour; i've applied and waiting to hear back*
It's a two-bedroom place (£900pcm) with a garden, 10-15 min walk to Alexandra Park, great bus links, light and spacious 🏡
My budget is £500 for rent, plus bills. I'm already looking at a couple of lovely flats near Dennistoun and Calton (and going to a viewing today).
They are unfurnished, but I'd really love to make it feel homely. I have a car, so I can collect free furniture from Gumtree to make it exactly how we like it.
I'm a Mental Health Support Worker based in Kirkintilloch and currently staying in Tradeston (the Quay area), but looking to move to somewhere with a wee garden, in a quieter area and a bit more natural light.
I'm an outgoing, respectful flatmate (I'm sure my old flatmates would happily give references), I enjoy hosting dinners, having a chat when I come home from work, and generally having a relaxed environment. I'm also vegan, ADHDer (sometimes hyperactive, often forgetful) and do a decent bit of meditation 🧘♂️
With most of my previous flatmates we'd sometimes cook for eachother (not an issue if you don't want to), watch tv or get out in Glasgow. It also suits me if we're just flatmates, but I'd hope to be somewhat social in the flat so it's a nice environment.
I'm very open to living with men and women, please message if you're at all interested and maybe we could get a coffee!
