Looking for a flatmate :)

Hello!

I'm looking for someone to buddy up with, then to look for a flat with a garden (ideally!). My budget is £500 for rent, plus bills.

I'm already looking at a couple of really nice flats near Dennistoun and Calton. I'm getting viewings but without a flatmate, i've not been able to secure a flat.

They are unfurnished, but I'd really love to make it feel homely. I have a car, so I can collect free furniture from Gumtree to make it exactly how we like it.

I'm a Mental Health Support Worker based in Kirkintilloch and currently staying in Tradeston (the Quay area), but looking to move to somewhere with a wee garden, in a quieter area and a bit more natural light.

I'm an outgoing, respectful flatmate (I'm sure my old flatmates would happily give references), I enjoy hosting dinners, having a chat when I come home from work, and generally having a relaxed environment. I'm also vegan, ADHDer (sometimes hyperactive, often forgetful) and do a decent bit of meditation 🧘‍♂️

With most of my previous flatmates we'd sometimes cook for eachother (not an issue if you don't want to), watch tv or get out in Glasgow. It also suits me if we're just flatmates, but I'd hope to be somewhat social in the flat so it's a nice environment.
