Mature and friendly professional, 30

Hi all,
I'm Rebekah, 30, and I'm looking to find an entire property for me and my partner to move into, or a house share I can ideally live in for 6months+ around central Plymouth. My landlord is selling up, so I am exploring my options.

For me and my partner, we are looking for a furnished property from August with 1+ bedrooms, with space to work from home a little. We are friendly, kind, considerate and would treat any property with total respect.
For the house share - I am looking to live with mature, easy going people who are tidy, respectful, but are also a good laugh. I'd love to live with people I could hang out with whether at home or out. I also like to do my own thing with my partner, friends, family or having a quiet night in with a book. I enjoy anything active and social, and am often out running, walking, having a dip in the sea, watching live music, games nights at home, trying new things, going out for dinners, cooking and comedy shows; also a sucker for an early night.

I'm a working professional in HR, working 2 days a week at home, so looking for a room with some desk space, and plenty of storage. Outside space would be a plus, as well as parking.
