Outgoing, sociable and considerate 28yr old

Hi all,
I’m Becky, 28, and I'm looking to find a house share I can ideally live in for a few years in or around Plymouth city centre, starting from Feb 2025.
I’m active, chatty, respectful, and clean up after myself, and am looking to live with like-minded people - essentially people who are mature but easy going. I'd like to live with people I could call friends and hang out with whether at home or out, equally, I also like to do my own thing with my friends, family or having a quiet night in with a book. I enjoy anything active and social, and am often out running or doing pilates. I enjoy live music, games nights at home, trying new things and the odd comedy night.

I'm a working professional in HR Admin, working 2/3 days a week at home, so looking for a room with some desk space, and plenty of storage. Outside space would be a plus, as well as parking. But I can buy a permit or find somewhere local to put her (she's an old banger but loyal, so I'm not too precious about where she resides)
