Professional seeking room in Birmingham w/ parking

I’m Elly, 23, originally from West Yorkshire and working freelance in the TV industry but currently doing a bit of temp work! I’m looking to move somewhere new in Birmingham soon.

My must haves:
• Allocated parking included
• JQ/Brindleyplace side of the city centre, potentially open to Edgbaston
• Budget of up to £800 p/m including bills (but ideally less)
• Furnished
• Living with 1-2 others
• Clean, respectful housemate(s)
• LGBT+ friendly
• Balcony/outdoor space is a major plus

I’m a non-smoker, no pets, and a clean and tidy housemate! I love a night out with friends or a cosy night in watching TV or a film, going to gigs, and finding great new bars and restaurants. I do a weekly pub quiz with my friends and we’re always up for new team members! I’ve recently started a job at one of the smaller universities near the JQ/centre, so would love to still be within walking distance.
